There are 663 glaciers, such as the Huascarán (6768 meters / 22205 feet), Huandoy (6395 meters / 20981 feet) and Alpamayo (5947 meters / 19511 feet), in the HuascaránNational Park. Good access, climate and close to villages where you can find guides, porters and rescue services. A favorite among European climbers. Minimum time: 2 days. |
