Description:

High route (37 km / 23 miles) along a pre-Inca pilgrimage road. Llamas serve as pack animals. Degree of difficulty: intermediate. The route ends at the Chavín de Huántar temple, an archaeological monument, heritage of humankind. (See: Living Cultures).
