MANU PUSHARO PETROGLYPHS
The petroglyphs are a testimony of Pusharo outstanding cultural who inhabited in the Amazon Madre de Dios department this high concentration of signs taped on panels of monumental dimension makes these petroglyphs in one of the most important rock art of the world. In 2003 was recognized as archaeological heritage site by the National Institute Culture of Peru. Member of the native community Palotoa Teparo consider Pusharo as territory of their ancestors and interrelation with the petroglyphs, still up until a few years ago as apart of their rituals associated with events collection hunting of will animals The program can change according to the weather, river conditions and wishes of the group. |

DAY 1: CUSCO – PILCOPATA: DAY 2:PILCOPATA – PALOTOA: DAY 3: PALOTOA – PUSHARO: DAY 4: PUSHARO – HOT SPRING: DAY 5: HOT SPRINGS – CUSCO: Early in the morning we will go to see the parrots clay lick on the river wall, and then we will return to Shintuya, where our bus will be waiting for us.
